An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Consulting Support Services Team for a Service Management Co-ordinator with outstanding people skills, technical competence and the highest standards of professionalism. The position is based out of the Company’s Manchester offices, located in Altrincham. Informed Solutions provides a wide range of consulting and professional services such as Management and Strategy Consulting, Systems Integration, and Managed Operations Services.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a high degree of competence in:
- Relationship management, working collaboratively and seamlessly alongside business sponsors, end users and technical staff
- Service Management performance monitoring and reporting
- Preparing Service Level Definitions and administrating related service contracts/agreements
- Facilitating a superior standard of service delivery, demonstrating to our clients both service level compliance and value creation through improved operations, streamlined processes and procedures, and tailored value-added support services
- Realising successful business efficiencies and improvements, supporting and guiding our clients through the implementation of tailored Service Level Definition process, Service Desk Initiation, and Change Management functions
Essential attributes:
- Familiarity with an industry standard service management methodology, such as ITIL
- Understanding of Service Management Agreements and related commercial issues
- Superb interpersonal and communications skills and confident front-line relationship management experience
- Ability to work in, assess and help advise in situations which may involve a significant degree of uncertainty and potential business risk
- A smart polished and professional appearance, a positive personality, and a “can do” attitude
- Flexibility, enthusiasm and strong self motivation
- Excellent business writing skills, as well as polished document preparation and presentations experience
- Sound professional and personal judgment
- Strong professional discipline - work prioritisation, organisation and time management skills
Other Desirable Skills and Experience: - Operational experience in a structured operational support or service management role, with a proven track record in adhering to best practice and offering guidance
- Experience of working within a disciplined, high calibre, results-orientated professional services organisation
- Knowledge of one or more Microsoft tools
- Educated to degree level
