Informed Solutions was invited by this leading Public Transport Authority to produce a logical data framework for the warehousing of a wide and disparate range of geographically referenced, transport related records. The model was expected to present a complete, cohesive and consistent geographically-aligned view of the client's records, as well as the various relationships that needed to be maintained operationally.
Following the successful implementation of this framework, Informed Solutions provided a broad range of additional value-added professional services, including software licence procurement, licence and configuration management. The Operations and Technical Consulting Services group has also delivered bespoke on-site training courses and workshops, offering the client's staff an in-depth understanding of the workings of their new system as it relates to their day-to-day workflow and records management practices. The transfer of more specialist technical skills has also been provided to the client's expert users, systems and database administrators.
Whilst the client operates their own front-line HelpDesk, Informed Solutions' Client Support Helpdesk services provide the client's own team with a single point of contact for reporting and resolving application and enabling technology support issues. Additional operations and support services provided by us also facilitate the routine maintenance and re-alignment of the systems so that they keep abreast of workflow and process management changes, as well as new business requirements.
